By April 15th
- Make your final tuition payment. Please mail your final payment to Connie Scholfield, Red Pine Camp, 5233 Balmoral Lane, Bloomington, MN 55437.
- Complete your Travel Form and Health Form. Log in to your CampMinder account to fill out the Travel Form and Camper Health Forms.
By May 1
Read and understand the Parent Guide.

- Login to your Camp Minder account to fill out all your Camp Forms.
- If your daughter has specific medical needs, please email rpc@redpinecamp.com or call (952) 270-0579.
Two Weeks Before Your Camper Departs to Camp
- Notify Red Pine if your camper's travel arrangements have changed.
- Discuss with your camper Red Pine's mission and anti-bullying policy.
- Pack for camp using our Packing Lists and label everything!

One Week Before Your Camper Departs to Camp
- Write a letter to your camper! Mail it in advance so it will be waiting for your camper the first day of camp.
